Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Meme Ball account on the web or inside the app. You do not need to reinstall the mobile app to make this request.

Fastest secure option

1. Open Player Hub Settings below and sign in if needed.
2. In Player Hub, select Settings and find Account & Help.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm twice. If prompted, confirm your Apple sign-in to continue.

What is deleted

Your authentication record, email-linked Meme Ball profile, username claim, friend connections, personal scores, private statistics, tournament registrations, and other account-linked game data are removed. Completed match records may remain only after being de-identified as “Deleted Player.”

Timing and support

The in-account flow deletes the active account immediately. If you email us because you cannot sign in, we will verify account ownership before processing the request. Limited backup or security records may remain temporarily until normal deletion cycles complete or where retention is legally required.
