These terms apply to Meme Ball services provided by The Ball Foundation, LLC, operating publicly as The BALL Foundation. By using Meme Ball, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required where you live. Keep your login secure and provide accurate account information. Your public username must not impersonate others, expose private information, or contain abusive or unlawful content.

Fair play

Do not cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate scores, exploit bugs, disrupt matches, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected services, or interfere with other players. We may reject scores, restrict features, or suspend accounts to protect fair competition and security.

Tournaments and prizes

Specific tournaments or promotions may have separate official rules covering eligibility, timing, scoring, prizes, and disputes. Unless official rules clearly state otherwise, points, rankings, and virtual game elements have no cash value and are not transferable.

Availability and updates

Online play requires a compatible device and connection. We may update, repair, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to preserve player progress, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Ownership

Meme Ball software, artwork, branding, and game content are owned by or licensed to The Ball Foundation, LLC. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for lawful play.

Account termination and deletion

You may delete your account at any time through BALL ID → Account Settings or the web deletion page. We may restrict an account that violates these terms, threatens security, or harms other players.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meme Ball is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of or inability to use the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
